The KGA team possesses a variety of skills sets and knowledge which enriches their ability to address a wide variety of needs. In particular, Kristin has expertise in initiatives which address Autism, Education, Healthcare, Historical and Land Preservation.

Autism
Kristin has parental and professional knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders. She successfully helped to develop a start-up nonprofit for children with Autism Spectrum disorders. From inception through start-up, Kristin helped to incorporate and achieve the organization’s 501 (c)(3) status, recruit seed funding, develop the internal operations, and assisted with programming, fund development, and marketing. As the organization grew, Kristin successfully secured major individual, corporate and private foundation grant gifts.

Education
Kristin is a subject matter expert regarding private secondary, collegiate education. She has successfully advocated for the rights of those with special needs to secure appropriate elementary public education programs.

Health
Kristin, a former nurse, brings her extensive field experience in healthcare to the KGA team. She has worked with healthcare and human service organizations to successfully secure individual gifts, foundation grant funding. Kristin has also assisted these organizations with capital campaign, and strategic planning.

Preservation
A lover of the outdoors, Kristin supports initiatives that seek to preserve the environment, and has successfully secured foundation and corporate funding for historical preservation initiatives.
